Designer furniture rental

I had the opportunity to work on an exciting project called Collective Yoyo for Movinn. The goal was to offer the same exceptional rental service provided by Movinn, but this time focused on Danish designer furniture. The aim was to create a minimalistic and elegant design that truly resonated with our target audience. While the front-end of Collective Yoyo has been developed, we are currently awaiting the completion of the back-end systems.

During the design process, I went through multiple iterations in Figma to refine the visual concept. The design evolved gradually, ensuring that every detail was carefully considered. The result is a sleek and refined user interface that perfectly aligns with our vision.

Project Kickoff

I began by having an in-depth conversation with Patrick Blok, the Managing Director of Movinn, to define the platform's purpose, key functionalities, and target audience. This initial discussion set the foundation for the project.

Thorough Research

Extensive research was conducted to gain valuable insights. This included benchmarking competitor websites, seeking design inspiration, and developing a comprehensive style tile based on our initial conversation analysis.

Iterative Design Process

Using Figma, I embarked on the journey of sketching and visualizing different design concepts. Throughout this iterative process, I maintained a continuous feedback loop with Patrick, ensuring that the designs aligned with his vision and expectations.

Development Phase

Once the design preparations were completed, the development phase commenced. Even during development, we continued to refine and enhance the design aspects. From the home page to the various profile pages, numerous improvements were implemented to create the best possible end product.

Awaiting Back-End Completion

At present, the entire front-end side of the project has been successfully implemented, encompassing all elements required for future deployment. We are now eagerly awaiting the completion of the back-end systems, which will enable seamless integration of profile pages, inventory management, and requests, bringing the project to its final stage.
